We are a small team of highly experienced marketing professionals, and we have developed extensive contacts with international travel and media specialists. Over the last 10 years we have been responsible for the international positioning and branding of many leading hotels and lodges in Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean.
Suzanne Bayly-Coupe has been involved in the representation of high end products in the travel industry since 1995. She has an undergraduate degree in International Politics and Economics and a postgraduate degree in Marketing (University of Cape Town). She has successfully launched and repositioned a number of Southern African hotels and lodges within the international market place. Her strengths are in generating new business, and in identifying international opportunities for luxury brands and unique experience providers.
Caroline Bayly is responsible for client management and the corporate positioning of Classic Retreats and Classic Representation. Caroline studied Business Commerce (University of Stellenbosch), and has been responsible for the international representation and maintenance of key international contacts of the Classics collection over the last 8 years. She is passionate about Africa, and has a wealth of knowledge which she readily imparts to others.
Juliet Agg-Manning has a passion for adventure and Africa. After a carefree childhood in Kenya she migrated to beautiful Scotland to study Social Anthropology (University of Edinburgh, MA Hons). Juliet is an Account Manager at Classic Representation, and undertakes international sales calls, trade fairs, the gathering and dissemination of critical information to trade and media, maintenance of the Secure Agents site with key information, and of course visiting our wonderful properties to ensure she is totally up to date with the product.
Joanne Haw developed a passion for Africa by exploring its vast beauty from a young age. She graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology, Earth and Environmental Science and conducted a post graduate diploma in Management and Marketing thereafter. She took the plunge and moved to Scotland to work for Classic Representation in March 2007. Joanne is responsible for Office administration, office based marketing, and client support..
